3 days on site/2 days remote
This function is key in managing on-premise, cloud or hybrid infrastructure as well as overseeing day to day support of applications and systems needed to run the bank. Specifically:

Key Responsibilities

• Manages all IT infrastructure (servers, databases, networks) and ensures system stability, scalability, and performance.

• Supports internal IT systems, service desk and hardware needs for employees

• Handles cloud deployments and infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

• Manages data centers, network security and system maintenance.

• Manages integrations to IT systems including the banking core application

• Operational Efficiency: Ensuring that IT operations are efficient and effective, minimizing downtime and maximizing performance.

• Security and Compliance: Implementing robust security measures to protect the organization s data and systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Responsible for bolstering Cyber Security from a 1st line of defense perspective, such as ensuring that the bank has proper data leakage protection, proper ediscovery tools, zero trust strategies and proper firewalls in place.

• Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Vendor Management: Coordinating with external vendors and service providers to procure and manage technology solutions.
