Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identify and assess customer needs to exceed satisfaction levels and provide solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- BUILD SUSTAINABLE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS BY PROVIDING OPEN AND INTERACTIVE COMMUNICATION.
- Meet personal and team call goals while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a dispatch or delivery environment.
- Strong phone communication and listening skills, with the ability to pivot to different types of personalities.
- Familiarity with various software applications, including email, Microsoft Excel, and Gsuite.
- CUSTOMER-FOCUSED APPROACH WITH A TRACK RECORD OF EXCEEDING GOALS.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are an asset but not required.
