Senior UI/UX Designer

We are a fast-growing, early (stealth) startup looking for a seasoned UI/UX expert who is passionate about building world-class user experiences. You will lead the design and implementation of complex, highly clever UIs that involve web-app Dashboards, web components and custom UI elements such as charts for real-time data visualization. While we can’t share the full scope of what we’re building publicly, rest assured—you’ll be working on challenging, cutting-edge technology that pushes the boundaries of modern UI designing.

• Dashboard & Data Visualization Design: Design intuitive, high-impact dashboards with real-time data visualizations, ensuring clarity and usability.
• Research & Data-Driven Iteration: Use data (competitor analysis, user testing, analytics, etc) to validate and refine design decisions.
• Present & Defend Design Decisions: Clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders, using research insights and data to support decisions.
• Design & Implement UIs: Design, and maintain complex design systems with an eye for UX best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end engineer, and other stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.
• Design Leadership: Guide the team on design best practices and user-experience patterns.
  

• UI/UX Expertise: Proven track record in designing user-friendly interfaces and translating complex requirements into intuitive user flows.
• Modern Tools: Advanced knowledge of modern tools for UI development, Figma is a must. 
• Animation Skills: Enhance UI with subtle, UX-compliant animations to improve user engagement.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and comfort working in a rapidly changing environment.

• Experience with Frontend: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS to help design-to-development handoff.
• Startup Mentality: Comfort in high-growth, ambiguous environments; ability to adapt quickly.
• Graphic Design Background: Seeking a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in a design role.
