Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management and Strategy:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with company goals.
- Manage daily social media activities, including creating, scheduling, and publishing
Social, and Hootsuite.
- Ensure brand consistency and storytelling excellence in posts, videos, and graphics.
Content Creation & Engagement:
- Create compelling and visually engaging content, including graphics, videos, and
- Collaborate with internal teams to showcase projects.
- Film and edit short-form videos for promotional campaigns and internal branding.
- Capture and curate high-quality photos and videos of company events, projects, and
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Engagement & Analytics:
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build Guernsey’s online
- Track social media analytics and generate insights to refine and optimize content
- Collaborate with internal teams to amplify project successes.
- Generate monthly reports on engagement, reach, and overall performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data.
Marketing Support:
- Assist with developing marketing materials and digital campaigns.
- Support content planning for special events, tradeshows, and corporate initiatives.
- Support other marketing initiatives as needed.
