- Principal Talent Management Consultant
- In this role, you will focus on implementing global talent management strategies, specifically in leadership development, identifying gaps and opportunities, and providing talent solutions that drive business results. You will partner closely with the Lead Talent Management Consultant to oversee initiatives aimed at mid-level managers, ensuring alignment with executive programs and overall business goals.
Your role will involve collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and senior leaders to provide tailored global solutions that enhance talent management practices at all levels of the organization. Success in this role comes from influencing and consulting with diverse business stakeholders, working together to implement and execute effective leadership development strategies. You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of these programs and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. As part of a smaller program management team, your ability to manage multiple priorities and engage with various stakeholders will be essential.
