With the flexibility to work remotely three days a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee multiple large-scale, complex projects within a project-based delivery model
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, process flows, resource needs, and business cases
- Communicate progress and facilitate meetings to ensure deliverables are met, escalating issues as necessary
- Lead change management with internal and external stakeholders, confidently challenging when appropriate
- Act as the main point of contact for all project activities and requests
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality solutions
- Develop improvements for tools and processes
- Build rapport with project teams and customer stakeholders while anticipating challenges
- Transfer knowledge to internal teams and provide necessary support
- Mentor and indirectly lead project team members

Compensation Range
75,900.00 - $168,500.00
