GENERAL MANAGER (Manufacturing / Distribution / #1 Role)
Salary $150 - $200K, 40% bonus potential, full P&L and team responsibility, attractive culture and entrepreneurial work environment)
Mid-sized ($50MM ), well established and growing manufacturer / distributor is looking for an experienced leader (full P&L responsibility) who is interested in helping to take them to the next level (significant upside growth potential.)
Position responsibilities include :
- Full P&L responsibility
- Manage / lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and associated business processes
- Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 ftes)
- Further implement (and leverage) a lean culture / work environment
- Develop (and manage against) a strategic / tactical plan and budget
