C.H. Thompson is currently seeking a motivated Quality Systems Coordinator to join our team. As a Quality Systems Coordinator you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality management system. Position Overview :
- Maintain and update AS9100D and NADCAP documentation for two companies, including procedures, work instructions, and forms.
- Ensure company policies and procedures align with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Assist with internal audits, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
- Support the Management Review process by preparing reports and metrics.
- Audit and Compliance :
Coordinate and support external audits (e.g., AS9100D, NADCAP, customer audits) for two companies.
Manage the Document Control System, ensuring all company procedures, work instructions, and quality records are properly maintained and up to date.
Analyze quality trends and identify areas for improvement across two companies.
Provide training to employees on quality procedures and best practices at two companies.
Skills & Competencies :
Must be able to multitask while maintaining detail and accuracy.
Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and / or ideas professionally across all levels of the organization.
Ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
Ability to independently problem-solve and apply continuous improvement of concepts.
Ensure all products and parts meet stringent quality standards.
Qualifications :
Relevant experience in metal finishing, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
AS9100D and NADCAP special process requirements.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.

25.00 - $30.00 / hour
