Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and keeping all buildings and grounds in top condition. This includes ensuring full and productive use of our facilities, as well as adhering to company guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including labor duties such as grass cutting, snow removal, and operating large vehicles.
2. Transport dealership vehicles and assist with daily routine maintenance across all dealerships.
3. Support other team members in completing their tasks or objectives.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of tools, equipment, techniques, skills, materials, and methods for landscaping and lawn maintenance.
2. Ability to identify the tools and equipment needed for various jobs.
3. Proficiency in operating riding and push mowers, power tillers, power edgers, weed whips, blowers, sprayers, tractors, skid steer loaders, dump-bed trucks, and basic hand and power tools.
4. Capability to operate large vehicles.
5. Clean driving record.
6. High school diploma or GED.
7. Valid driver's license.
8. Physical capabilities to bend at the waist and knees, push and pull up to 50 pounds, climb stairs while carrying up to 25 pounds, and operate light machinery.
