Job Description:
C.I Security Services (C.I.S.S) is looking for a qualified High Volume Recruiter to be a part of our dedicated Rancho Mirage division. The Recruiter will support the day-to-day recruitment needs and administrative support of the office. They will be involved in numerous office tasks including: recruiting, interviewing applicants, processing onboarding paperwork to ensure company protocols are being followed, using internal/ external community resources to recruit bring, answering phones, scheduling interviews, scheduling employees as needed, and any other administrative task needed on a daily basis to support the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement overall recruiting strategy for branch while working closely with Director of Recruiting, the Recruiting Department and Scheduling Department.
- Develop and update job posts and job specifications to attract applicants.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using internal and local community resources.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct daily interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Onboard and process new employee paperwork.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports on a weekly basis to upper management.
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Manage aspects of document control for the organization
- Execute branch administrative support to the company which itself incorporates a broad range of other duties.
- Educates new hires about the policies and regulations of the organization.
- Conduct the interviews of the candidates who may apply for any job in the organization.
- Apart from the internal administrative duties of the organization, some external tasks will be required in the field day of events.
- Learn, follow, and improve existing processes and procedures
- Maintain and ensure physical office space is professional and presentable
- Actively re-prioritize multiple tasks and projects to execute each one in a timely manner
Qualifications & skills:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or related field.
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office 365 products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Dependability
- Functions effectively as part of a team
- Strong decision-making/problem-solving skills
- Security Guard Industry experience preferred
