C&J Automotive Service Advisors are essential team members as the face of the shop and the clients' main point of contact throughout the repair / maintenance process. We service our clients with honesty and integrity, working as a partner to advise clients, build a long-standing relationship and always provide a 5-star experience. Job Duties :
- Greet clients and maintain showroom.
- Schedule appointments.
- Main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc.
- Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of.
- Receiving / ordering / posting parts.
- Managing parts returns and warranties.
- Review digital inspections.
