Job Description: Injection Mold Technician
Shift Assignment: DAY 12 HOURS / NIGHT 12 HOURS
Position Summary: The technician is responsible for ensuring that the process is optimized to yield good quality products at the standard cycle
Responsibilities:
- The technician is responsible for processing machine to make acceptable parts to meet customer requirements
- The technician is responsible for analyzing if mold, machine or process is causing bad parts
- The technician is responsible for checking machine cycle to confirm running standard
- The technician is responsible for safely and efficiently setting molds in molding machines
- The technician is responsible for making sure grinders are cleaned properly when changing color or material
- The technician is responsible for reporting scrip that does not go down the conveyor to operator for recording
- The technician is responsible for correctly completing molding records to include process data
- The technician is responsible will assist in maintaining 5s in their assigned areas
Requirements
- Prefer candidates with basic knowledge of plastic injection mold production experience
- Prefer candidates with at least 2 months of plastic injection mold technician experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.50 per hour
