Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative/Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Estimating and project management, with the ability to effectively negotiate prices and secure new accounts. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with clients and understanding their needs within the automotive repair industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with our dealership clients/accounts, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Utilize CCC software to prepare accurate estimates for repairs.
- Negotiate pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Collaborate with body shop techs to ensure seamless execution of part ordering.
- Monitor repair costs and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Conduct vehicle deliveries to dealerships, provide estimates and build rapport with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on sales trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Distribute coupons, cards & secure new accounts.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales within the automotive industry or a related field is preferred.
- Proven automotive damage estimating experience.
- Strong understanding of automotive body repair operations, and sales negotiations.
- Proficiency in project management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with CCC estimating program & part ordering.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
