Join Our Team as a Field Crew Supervisor!
C&K Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Field Crew Supervisor (Job Foreman) to lead our dedicated team on various job sites. In this vital role, you’ll manage field personnel and equipment, ensuring that we meet our customers' daily requirements with professionalism and safety.
About the Role:
As the Field Crew Supervisor, you will serve as the primary liaison between our customers, work crews, and management. Your leadership will be key in coordinating tasks and fostering a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and efficient work environment for all crew members.
- Oversee daily crew tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Conduct toolbox safety meetings, job site inspections, and safety audits, addressing hazards as they arise.
- Maintain open communication with the Operations Manager, General Manager, and Safety Manager.
- Work closely with customers to identify optimal work procedures.
- Keep detailed logs of job activities and project notes.
- Be available for emergency response work as needed.

Qualifications:
- Supervisory/management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- CDL license helpful but not required
- Ability to wear a respirator
