We are seeking a talented and experienced Bakery Deli Manager to join our team at Bruno's Shop Smart in Lakeport, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery and deli departments, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring quality and freshness of products.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise bakery and deli staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery and deli areas
• Create and update menu offerings based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
