Job Description

• Report directly to and follow directions of Superintendent/Foreman
• Leader mentality, and self motivated
• Reliable at all times, prompt, and respectful of others.
• Professional attitude
• Work safely in all conditions
• Remove, Install, and repair asphalt
• Perform all major and miscellaneous pavement processes
• Willingness to advance career by learning to operate all equipment and eager to be proficient in all aspects of asphalt installation.
• Clean and maintain job site prior to starting and once complete every day.
• Prepare and clean work vehicle, tools, and equipment weekly and daily as needed.
• Clean and organize equipment storage yard/shop as needed and requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Capable of representing C&K Paving Contractors Inc. in a professional manor to peers and customers at all times.
