Job Description

- Report directly to and follow directions of Superintendent/Foreman
- Leader mentality, and self motivated
- Reliable at all times, prompt, and respectful of others.
- Professional attitude
- Work safely in all conditions
- Remove, Install, and repair asphalt
- Perform all major and miscellaneous pavement processes
- Willingness to advance career by learning to operate all equipment and eager to be proficient in all aspects of asphalt installation.
- Clean and maintain job site prior to starting and once complete every day.
- Prepare and clean work vehicle, tools, and equipment weekly and daily as needed.
- Clean and organize equipment storage yard/shop as needed and requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Capable of representing C&K Paving Contractors Inc. in a professional manor to peers and customers at all times.
