- Complete knowledge of all processes and equipment required to remove, prepare, and install asphalt pavement.
- General knowledge of equipment maintenance needed to increase longevity of asphalt milling and paving equipment
- Able to teach by example and direct verbally all processes of each crew position from laborer to foreman.
- Assist operations manager with job setup and closeout responsibilities as needed and requested.
- Proficient in computer processes including but not limited to digital uploading of paperwork and job progress/completion photos. Completion of daily reporting. Capable of electronically managing and monitoring crew member hours and travel
- Capable of coordinating logistics of equipment and crew transport, lodging, and storage from job to job on a weekly basis.
- Capable of representing C&K Paving Contractors Inc. in a professional manor to peers and customers at all times.
