We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team at C&L Auto Body in East Hanover, NJ. Our company is a well-known MSO in Northern NJ, and we are in the process of expanding our operations. We need an Estimator with at least 5 years of experience in estimating to join our team. Our focus is on supporting the growth of our team members, and we currently have an immediate need for assistance in our blueprinting department at our East Orange location. Compensation :
65,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Responsibilities for the position include the following :
- Writing estimates
- Customer Service
- Quality Control
- Meeting with Adjusters and Maintaining Insurance / DRP Relationships
- Cost containment / job profit maximization
- Utilizing current repair procedures found through I-car / Alldata resources

C&L Autobody is a regional Multiple-Shop Organization (MSO) with 11 body shops throughout Morris, Sussex, Warren, Union, and Middlesex counties in Northern NJ. We also manage one of the largest towing fleets in the state. As one of NJ’s largest family-owned MSOs, we pride ourselves on delivering an unmatched level of customer service and craftsmanship for all your collision repair needs.
