Potential Shifts/Weekly Hours:
$18.50/hour
- 2 – 3 evenings/week
- Hours: 4PM-Until Done (end time varies)
- Up to 30 hours per week
- No weekends

JOB SUMMARY
The Picker will use an I-pod app that will guide you to the products that must be picked for each order and loaded on a pallet. The app will also indicate the location the pallets must be delivered to in the warehouse when complete. The person selected for this position will be trained to use a forklift, walkie rider and pallet jack.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be age 18 or older.
2. Must be able to get to work at the agreed upon scheduled start time – 4pm until done – Monday – Thursday, some Friday availability. End times will vary. Can work 2 to 3 evenings each week but they must be the same evenings each week.
3. Must pass pre-employment strength test, background check and drug screening (CBD/cannabis included).
4. Ability to maintain “team spirit” with coworkers and management.
5. Basic math skills, including ability to count accurately.
6. Forklift experience required.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Picking experience not required. Will train.
2. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
3. Ability to repetitively bend, twist and frequently lift up to 40# and occasionally up to 165 pounds (beer kegs) with or without reasonable accommodations.
4. Ability to stay focused on work.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Ability to be courteous and respectful when interacting with supervisors/managers and coworkers.
