Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our construction team in executing various projects with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a solid understanding of construction processes, and expertise in multiple trades. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on-site.
- Interpret and implement project plans and schematics to ensure accurate execution.
- Oversee concrete finishing, stucco application, plastering, and tile laying tasks.
- Ensure proper plumb and weld techniques are followed for structural integrity.
- Manage construction painting activities to achieve desired finishes.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to safety regulations.
- Train and mentor team members in various construction skills and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients regarding project status and any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisor or supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
- Proficiency in restoring structures and finishing concrete surfaces.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective project execution.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the construction environment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.

Pay: $26.29 - $27.67 per hour
