Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using a variety of surveying instruments and technology.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, maps, and reports.
• Review survey reports and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to discuss project requirements and timelines.
• Analyze survey data to determine boundaries, topography, and elevation changes.
• Assist in preparing proposals for potential projects, including assessing site conditions.
• Provide guidance and support to junior survey staff and trainees.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Valid professional land surveying license or the ability to obtain one within a specified time.
• Proven experience as a Surveyor in a professional setting, preferred in both field and office environments.
• Strong knowledge of surveying software and tools, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and total stations.
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
