Job Title: Event Marketer (Part-time)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Event Marketer to join our team and represent the company at industry events. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, showcase our products and services, and generate valuable leads. Your efforts will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving sales, and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Attend industry trade shows and events to represent C&L Ward and its products/services
- Engage with potential customers to provide information about our offerings, addressing their needs and inquiries
- Generate leads, collect customer contact information, and setup sales appointments based on customer availability
- Set up and dismantle the company booth, ensuring a professional and appealing display
- Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials and promotional items for trade shows
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the seamless execution of trade show strategies and objectives
- Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding the effectiveness of trade show strategies, promotions, and materials
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients and customers
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours to attend trade shows and events as required
- Willingness to learn the industry and products to confidently communicate key messages
- Continuously display a great attitude and high energy with the ability to generate leads, and meet or exceed targets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to achieve shared goals
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage trade show logistics and event preparations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining leads and customer contact information
- A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for representing C&L Ward’s brand and products
Schedule:
- Part-time role working upcoming trade shows
- Most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (7 upcoming trade shows) through the beginning of April
Experience:
- 1-2 years of customer interaction experience (preferred)
Pay:
$15.00 per hour plus commission ($25-$30/hr with commission)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
