OBJECTIVE:
The maintenance technician is responsible for maintaining Member private homes, landscaping, and common use areas of the ranch HOA’s (gates, signs, water stations, and dumpsters). This position monitors the exterior of member homes for hazards such as fallen trees, excess erosion, bird nests, animal damage, garage, window, doors, and exterior lighting. Interior home maintenance issues, weekly home checks, home operating systems and appliance functions. Vehicle maintenance and care, working closely with the ranch maintenance and trails departments. Provides ongoing security monitoring along driveways, roadsides, trash pickup and snow shoveling. Helping with shuttles as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOPNSIBILITIES:
- Ensure presentation of member homes and help prepare and clean up common areas of ranch in use before, during and after member events that they meet 5-star standards.
- Complete all work orders assigned to member homes, member tack room and HOA’s. E.g. analyzing and repairing plumbing, electrical, heating and simple carpentry repairs. Many of these work orders will come in the day by text or calls as members, housekeeping or property managers are in the house, cleaning and inspecting member homes.
- Repair or maintain in operating condition all areas of the homes, landscaping, and vehicles.
- Conducting ongoing room and building preventative maintenance programs. Maintain accurate logs of these programs.
- Provide quality and professional service when responding to member concerns and maintain good working relationships with other departments and their team members.
- Assist in maintaining the home exteriors, landscaping, sidewalks, and general lighting.
- Supports other departments on ranch with labor contribution as needed.
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs all related duties as assigned.
Requirements:QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to use efficiently various power and hand tools.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
- Work harmoniously with all other member services personnel as well as other ranch personnel.
- Valid driver’s license
- Sincere desire to exceed member expectations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25lbs and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand on feet for extended periods of time, squatting, kneeling, bending, carrying, climbing ladders, and working overhead.
