What are the responsibilities and job description for the Managing Attorney position at C Level Select LLC?
The Managing Attorney (hereinafter "MA") manages the Lead Attorneys for the states they are assigned to. Broadly, the MA sets the expectation for, and manages to, a high-performance culture in the offices assigned. Part and parcel to the foregoing is an adherence to the Firm's values and Code of Conduct, which includes, but is not limited to, maintaining integrity and achieving results for the Firm and its clients.
The MA is primarily responsible for legal operations conducted in and the performance of assigned states litigation practice. The MA oversees and assists the respective State Lead Attorneys infostering afriendly, productive, and engaging environment; training, supervising, developing, and managing attorney and non-attorney staff; and assuring that reasonable procedures are in place to reasonably assure that subordinate attorneys and non-attorney staff are following the rules of professional conduct. At all times, the MA will ensure the ethical representation of clients while endeavoring to maintain and bolster the client and the Firm's engagements with consumers, courts and legal communities.
