What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Account Coordinator - B Shift position at C&M FORWARDING CO INC?
We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Warehouse Account Coordinator to join our team. This is an opportunity to join our team on B Shift. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 2 pm - 10:30 pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate with our customers' inbound and outbound shipments, using customer specific software systems to receive and audit goods/materials
Receive and distribute product and assist in weekly product inventory
May assist in loading/unloading pallets or placing/removing individual cases on trailers
General housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required (e.g. you may be asked to sweep the floor, help clean a trailer, take out the trash, etc.)
Work with RF scanning equipment
Respond to customer inquiries (on the phone or through email) and follow the customer specific instructions to manage their inventory stored in our warehouse
Receive and distribute products and assist in weekly inventory of product
Manage inventory within the warehouse management system and reconcile physical inventory
Communicate with customers via email, phone and customer-provided software
Maintain a safe work environment
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Minimum of 1 year of work in a warehouse/clerical environment
Previous experience working with RF scanning equipment
Previous forklift experience, a plus
