This includes preparing internal assessments, client-facing comments, and proposed approaches. The Advisor also manages the database of outside counsel guidelines and conducts extensive research using firm resources and consultations with subject-matter experts.
This role requires a JD and at least two years of experience in a law firm or legal setting, with a strong ability to process and synthesize complex information. The Advisor must have exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and a deep understanding of global business and legal dynamics. Expertise in reviewing large volumes of information and drafting clear, concise responses is essential.
The Advisor ensures confidentiality and integrity while managing agreements and addressing due diligence questionnaires. This position is exempt and remote, requiring proximity to the Washington, DC office. The salary range is $98,000 to $138,500. The role demands a balance of legal acumen, business research, and the ability to handle sensitive, high-stakes agreements.
