The attorney will advise clients throughout the entire transaction process, from due diligence to post-closing integration, and draft and negotiate key documents such as purchase, shareholder, and merger agreements. The Senior M&A Attorney will collaborate with clients and internal teams to align legal strategies with business objectives. The position requires a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Bar admission in NJ (NY admission a plus). The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build relationships with clients are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems is required.
