The role involves analyzing insurance policies to identify coverage issues, drafting coverage opinions, reservations, disclaimers, and managing insurance coverage litigation. Experience in D&O, professional liability, cyber, financial institutions, and fidelity and crime is preferred but not required.
Candidates should have superior academic credentials from a top-tier law school, be a member in good standing of the Illinois bar, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The position requires excellent legal research and analytical abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and the capability to manage multiple projects and resolve problems quickly. The position offers an estimated salary range of $190,000 - $195,000.
