What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal position at C&M Legal Search, LLC?
The Litigation Paralegal will work in the sexual abuse and assault practice, supporting a team focused on trauma-related cases. Experience in social work or with trauma victims is a plus, as well as experience in negligence and personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, and capable of interacting effectively with clients. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with attention to detail and compassion. Additional experience in reviewing medical records or working in fast-paced environments is a plus. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, drafting memorandums and correspondences, obtaining and exchanging medical records, court filings, and other administrative tasks. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus, and a Paralegal Certification is preferred.
