Our client is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case preparation to trial execution. This role involves managing and organizing case files, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents such as Complaints, Discovery, and Motions, and handling e-filings in various courts. The paralegal will also coordinate case deadlines, calendar hearings, and analyze documents from clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume work under tight deadlines. A solid understanding of motions, electronic discovery, court rules, and litigation procedures is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software is essential. A positive attitude and a commitment to getting the job done are key attributes.
A bachelor’s degree, paralegal certification, and at least five years of civil litigation experience are strongly preferred. Four years of experience in Business & Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, Construction, Insurance Defense, or Professional Liability is also preferred.
