The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across all phases of litigation, including trials, and be familiar with litigation support tools such as Relativity, CaseMap, LiveNote, and Trial Director. Key responsibilities include coordinating exhibits for court documents and trials, managing trial war rooms, preparing for depositions, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and communicating effectively with team members.
Candidates are required to maintain knowledge of procedural rules, e-filing processes, and e-discovery regulations.
