Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing real estate purchase, sale, and loan documents; coordinating transaction closings; managing closing checklists; and preparing settlement statements and title/survey memoranda. The paralegal will review title exceptions, zoning reports, and due diligence materials, including UCC/judgment searches and governmental compliance letters. Additional tasks include preparing corporate documents like consents and resolutions, conducting lease reviews, and abstracting lease terms. Post-closing duties involve preparing closing binders and handling filings or recordings.
