The Practice Assistant is responsible for preparing and processing reimbursements, invoices, and conflict checks, as well as ensuring compliance with client-specific billing guidelines. Other tasks include organizing and distributing mail, managing workflow requests, performing file maintenance, and assisting with time entry, billing, and collections.
The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems, and electronic signature software. The Practice Assistant must have excellent attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and strong organizational and communication skills.
