This role also focuses on process improvements, compliance with financial regulations, and utilizing advanced Excel tools and financial software for accurate reporting and decision-making. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Law firm experience and expertise in revenue management or collections are preferred.
