Key responsibilities include managing applicant tracking systems, facilitating the collection of onboarding materials, and coordinating background checks and conflict forms. The coordinator also drafts orientation schedules and arrival memos and provides status updates on candidate progress. Special projects may also be assigned by the Senior Director.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of legal recruiting experience, ideally within a law firm. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion in handling sensitive information are essential. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is required, and familiarity with viRecruit is a plus.
