Candidates should be familiar with trademark law, USPTO procedures, and trademark management software, preferably Corsearch. A bachelor’s degree is required, with a paralegal certificate or related coursework preferred. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of legal experience, preferably in trademark law, and must demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills and an interest in trademark law and brand development are also necessary.
The position offers an annual salary ranging from $85K to $95K, and requires working in the San Francisco Bay Area office at least 3 days per week, with a preference for 5 days in-office. Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
