Our client, a National corporation, is looking to add a highly qualified attorney to their growing legal team. The Assistant General Counsel will join a dynamic legal team focused in the renewable energy sector.
The responsibilities of this role will include - representing the company in administrative hearings, provide oversight of outside counsel, preparation of all legal documents, develop and present recommendations to senior management, and management of internal legal support staff.
Qualifications :
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- 8 years' legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting
- Previous experience in energy matters is highly preferred
- Experience is ratemaking proceedings is helpful
