C&M Precision Tech, a world class supplier of precision engineered and manufactured metal and plastic parts and components, is looking for talented CNC machinists as we grow our 2nd shift. Our 2nd shift schedule is Monday - Thursday 4 : 15pm - 2 : 45am.
Essential Functions
Production
- Operate 2-4 machines simultaneously
- Load material into bar feeders when necessary
- Determine when inserts need to be changed
- Change inserts and various tooling in a timely fashion with little to no supervision
- Ensure a DPPM of less than 1,250
- Keep a tidy, safe and organized work area
- Follow verbal instruction
- Have a basic understanding of hand tools
- Tray parts to protect from damage
- Report any unusual sights or sounds to your supervisor
- Proficient with controls on various machines

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
