General Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Complete new hire orientation within first 80 hours of employment.
2. Complete the following company documents within 48 hours of employment and sign indicating understanding and agreement: a) No Compete Clause b) Standards of Conduct c) Confidentiality Form

3. Participate in company cross training activities.

4. Adhere to all company policies, including but not limited to, work hours, leave requests, communications, and communications with clients.
5. Effectively manage time so that accuracy and professionalism may be maintained.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Position Specific Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Serve as a Safety Consultant representative of C&M Transportation and Safety

Consulting. Perform duties related to safety consulting, including but not limited to: a) maintaining a working knowledge of most current Federal and State motor carrier regulations. b) Perform vehicle inspections, as assigned.

2. Prepare and present motor carrier related trainings to clients, as assigned.

3. Conduct drug and alcohol testing for clients to adhere to and maintain Federal and State motor carrier compliance.

4. Monitor client records and documentation to ensure compliance.

5. Maintain professional communications with all company clients.

6. Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,632.58 - $60,000.00 per year
