Position Overview:We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Event & Retail Marketing Representative to engage with potential customers at community events, trade shows, and retail locations. This role is critical in generating high-quality leads for our sales team by creating engaging interactions, educating homeowners about our services, and scheduling in-home consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Marketing: Represent C. Michael Exteriors at home shows, fairs, festivals, and expos, managing booth setup and actively engaging attendees.
- Retail Marketing: Establish and maintain a strong presence at partner retail locations, attracting foot traffic and generating homeowner interest.
- Lead Generation: Approach and qualify potential customers, securing free in-home consultation appointments for our sales team.
- Brand Representation: Effectively communicate our product benefits and value, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
- Performance Tracking: Report on lead generation efforts, providing insights for optimizing event and retail strategies.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and set up event materials as needed.
