C-Motive is seeking a Sr. Chemical Process Development Engineer / Director of Process Development to lead the development and optimization of our dielectric fluid purification and handling processes —a critical step in bringing our groundbreaking
electrostatic motor technology to market.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll collaborate with technical teams and company leadership to develop scalable chemical processes, implement quality control measures, and optimize production strategies for the next generation of ultra-efficient electric motors.

What you will do :
- Scale-up dielectric fluid purification processes from 10L / month to 150L / month
- Develop and implement in-process QA / QC tests , working with technical teams to define product quality standards
- Partner with leadership to develop a multi-stage roadmap for fluid processing and handling—targeting production volumes of 1,000 gallons / month
- Lead and manage a team responsible for fluid production, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency
- Define and track key process metrics , using data-driven insights to optimize performance and reliability
