Compensation :
40,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Adapt to the needs of the realty team and step up to help when appropriate
- Record all office expenses and invoices, complete basic bookkeeping tasks, and keep up with the monthly budget
- Maintain office equipment and re-order supplies when necessary
- File paperwork and assist other real estate brokerage employees with contracts such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information when necessary
- Update MLS listings online and work with marketing to produce appropriate social media posts, photos, signage, brochures, and other materials
Listing Management :
Coordinate and manage all aspects of property listings.Prepare and update listing materials and marketing collateral.Client Follow-Up and Nurturing :
Maintain and nurture relationships with past clients and sphere of influence.Plan and execute client events to enhance client engagement.Database and CRM Management :
Oversee the management and organization of the team’s database.Ensure CRM is up-to-date with client information and interactions.Buyer Tours and Showings :
Assist in preparing for buyer tours and showing appointments.Follow up with clients and co-op realtors post-showings to gather feedback and answer questions.Schedule and Personal Assistance :
Manage the team leader’s schedule and appointments.Handle personal assistant duties as required.Coordinate and assist with planning of team meetings.Coordinate and participate in daily team huddles.Business Tracking and Goal Management :
Track business numbers and goals to ensure targets are being met.Provide regular updates and reports to the team leader.Communication Management :
Manage phone calls and emails, triaging and prioritizing as necessary.Ensure timely follow-up on all communications.Process Development and Refinement :
Assist in developing and refining business processes for efficiency.Oversee the transaction coordinator to ensure compliance and file maintenance.Lead Management :
Receive incoming leads and manage lead flow effectively.Draft and submit offers on behalf of the team.Team Onboarding and Training :
Assist with onboarding, training, and offboarding of team members.Maintain adequate office supplies and marketing materials.Marketing and Data Management :
Refine and print buyer and seller consultation guides.Gather MLS market data for marketing updates.Basic bookkeeping such as expense management, reconciliation, and spreadsheet management.Project Assistance :
Assist with other projects as assigned, such as website and social media content creation, event planning, and execution.Other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.Overall, the team members shall be flexible and adapt to the needs of the team.
Qualifications :
Real estate license preferred but not requiredDisplays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skillsOver 2 years of prior office management experience or similar work experience in a related fieldBachelor’s degree preferred; must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalentBasic computer skills including experience with Microsoft ExcelThis is an in-office based position in Houston’s Inner Loop with Monday - Friday, with rotating weekend availability as needed.A Texas Real Estate license is preferred but not required.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Experience with CRM and database management.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.About Company
