You will be responsible for:

1. Cultivating strong client relationships, conducting annual reviews, and identifying opportunities to grow business through proactive outreach and service.

2. Administering trust and investment accounts, ensuring compliance with governing documents, laws, and fiduciary responsibilities.

3. Collaborating with internal teams and external professionals (e.g., attorneys, CPAs) to expand networks and promote C&N’s comprehensive financial solutions.

4. Delivering exceptional service, meeting performance goals, and contributing to a collaborative, client-focused team environment.

Requirements:

Education & Experience – You will need a bachelor’s degree AND 2–4 years in trust administration, financial consulting, or related field.

Required Certifications:

FINRA Series 7 and 63 (within 6 months)

Series 65 (or equivalent) and PA Life & Health Insurance License (within one year)

Skills – You should possess well-developed abilities and a proven track record in the following areas:
