Who are you?

Our Human Resources Internship for the summer of 2025 is your chance to gain hands-on experience in talent management, employee communication, and engagement initiatives—all while working alongside HR professionals who are shaping the future of workplace culture. From crafting compelling employee communications to supporting strategies that attract top talent, you’ll be at the heart of impactful HR projects that make a real difference. You will be responsible for:

  1. Employee Communication & Branding – Help craft engaging internal content, including newsletters, announcements, and social media updates that showcase C&N’s culture.
  2. Employee Experience & Engagement – Support programs that drive employee satisfaction, such as recognition initiatives, surveys, and workplace culture events.
  3. HR Data & Market Research – Conduct research on industry trends, employee engagement best practices, and HR analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  4. Process Improvement & Special Projects – Collaborate on HR projects that enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve the overall employee experience.
  5. Capstone Project – Complete a project aligned with your interests, such as developing an engagement strategy, designing a learning program, or analyzing workforce trends.

Requirements:

Education & Experience – You should be an undergraduate junior or senior, pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. No prior HR experience is required, but coursework or extracurricular activities related to HR, psychology, or business are a plus.

This internship is full-time in Wellsboro, PA with an anticipated start on Monday, May 19th, and will last a total of 12 weeks with an anticipated end date of Friday, August 8th.
