You will be responsible for:
- Delivering education programs and training to help clients and employees understand and engage with their employer-sponsored retirement plans, including guidance on payroll submission, fund changes, and other plan activities.
- Serving as the primary contact for assigned retirement plans, building strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and resolving complex issues related to plan administration and recordkeeping.
- Collaborating with clients to review and optimize plan designs, ensure regulatory compliance with IRS and ERISA standards, and assist with plan changes and enhancements.

Conducting comprehensive reviews of retirement plans, analyzing performance, managing compliance testing, overseeing government filings, and advising on employer contribution calculations to ensure accuracy and alignment with client objectives.
Requirements:
Education & Experience – You will need a bachelor's degree AND one 4-6 years of related experience and/or training with a strong knowledge of ERISA regulations and retirement plan designs OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
