You are a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for building strong client relationships. Join our team as a Commercial Lending Relationship Manager II, where you will play a key role in driving business growth by selling loans and a wide range of financial products to commercial clients. In this exciting, client-facing position, you will be out in the field, actively engaging with businesses in your community and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs. You will be responsible for :
- Expanding and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio by building strong client relationships, managing delinquency, and achieving sales goals through an annual market development plan.
- Conducting detailed financial analyses to assess loan feasibility, collaborating with the Credit Department, and advising clients on financial strategies.
- Approving loans within authority limits and preparing comprehensive referrals for committee approvals, ensuring potential risks are identified.
- Performing regular portfolio reviews, updating client financials, and monitoring delinquency to maintain quality metrics.
- Collaborating with internal teams to promote cross-selling opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the commercial lending team.
Requirements :
Education & Experience - You will need a bachelor's degree in a directly related field AND one 4-6 years of related experience and / or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
