You will be responsible for :
- Providing administrative support to the Appraisal Department by managing courthouse documentation, new construction plans, purchase agreements, MLS listings, and appraiser files while processing subscriptions, bills, and dues.
- Reviewing appraisals and evaluations to ensure compliance with USPAP, FDIC, and secondary market guidelines.
- Preparing and maintaining detailed monthly and yearly appraisal reports, including income tracking, while monitoring Third-Party Management Company orders.
- Coordinating with outside appraisers by ordering and tracking appraisals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and reviewing for accuracy and consistency.
- Assisting loan staff by obtaining comparables, reviewing evaluations for accuracy and credibility, approving evaluations for use, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements :
Education & Experience - You will need some college or technical school courses in a related field AND one 1-2 years of related experience and / or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Certifications - USPAP (within 180 days of employment)
