You will be responsible for :
- Assuming responsibility for ensuring and performing efficient, effective, and professional retail operations. This includes implementing policies and procedures for efficient, safe, and secure operations, and ensuring the assigned branch receives satisfactory audit scores.
- Assisting in performing branch teller functions. This includes executing transactions on deposit accounts, loan accounts, and retirement accounts as needed, and creating an exceptional customer experience through their knowledge of available products and services.
- Working with the Community Office Manager on supervising, leading and coaching the branch team. The includes ensuring personnel are well trained, effective, and optimally used, providing instruction regarding policy, procedure, and service and product offerings, and assisting new employees.
Requirements :
Education & Experience - You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND 2-4 years previous related experience in cash handling and / or customer service setting, preferably in a banking environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
