What are the responsibilities and job description for the High-Risk/Bankruptcy Analyst position at CNH Industrial?
Responsibilities
- Work independently to analyze and negotiate complex situations involving bankruptcy, state court litigation, state mediation and deceased customer accounts to control costs and minimize losses.
- Review each situation in depth including contracts, UCC’s, credit applications, statement of accounts, credit bureau reports, asset searches, equipment values and account notes to make educated decisions about settlements, effective strategies and the risks of initiating and / or continuing legal action.
- Work closely with the Legal Department to analyze and develop strategies for resolution for unique situations.
- Monitor select payments received to ensure appropriate application based on bankruptcy plans and legal settlements.
- Establish, monitor and maintain account reserves on accounts where a large losses are possible, and provide monthly updates on the status of these accounts.
- Actively participate in team meetings and project initiatives
