What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Commercial Controller position at CNH Industrial?
Responsibilities
- Weekly Sales Reporting, Standard Margin Analysis, Pricing Reviews, Implementing new service sales accounting, tools and processes.
- Analyze / report channel mix (Depot vs DFS) results for stakeholders.
- Projects in the areas of Service Sales, Report Automation.
- Monthly journal entries, reconciliations, financial analysis and planning.
- Quarterly forecasts and annual Sales and Std. Margin planning for 2 Segments and 4 Brands in accordance with varying inputs – seasonality, Dealer Inventory levels, and general macro environmental factors.
- Monitor commercial internal controls, reporting, and compliance related to SOX.
- Partner with Reman sales and operations to understand business / finance objectives and variances to plans, including sales performance, activities impacting cost, reporting and analysis streamlining. Key internal resource and liaison between the JV and Parts.
- Reporting net sales, discounts, pricing, and standard margin for actuals.
- Providing business details on variance to plan for sales and margin (pricing, returns, channel / product mix).
- Work with business to create a sales plan in line with current cycle and business environment and in alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Sales and product margin profitability analysis and reporting to business to support key business decisions.
